NEW Fully Funded Boxsmart Programme
This 12 week course is aimed at those who may otherwise not be able to train in boxing, sport and the martial arts. Aimed at children ages 11 to 16 the course kicked off at the end of September and once again looks to be a great success.

With over 50 years of martial arts experience, Tony has trained champions and beginners alike. His passion for martial arts and teaching excellence has made 5 Elements what it is today. Tony continues to train with is coaches and still enjoys travelling to Thailand and other countries to continue his learning.
