Its Dark Outside Makke sure You stay Safe

Here are five quick personal safety tips as the nights draw in:

  1. Stick to well-lit routes and avoid short cuts that put you out of sight.

  2. Keep your phone charged and let someone know your route if you walk alone.

  3. Stay aware of your surroundings by keeping your head up and your hands free.

  4. Carry a torch  so you can see where you are going and possibly use for self defence..

  5. Trust your instincts and change direction or seek help if something feels off.

Simple steps make a real difference. Stay aware, stay steady, stay safe.
